Alexander Kush founded Lettuce Hope at 16 after growing up around treatment facilities and working inside rehab centers, where he saw the urgent need for accessible interventions. Driven by a belief in second chances, he built the foundation to ensure no family is denied help because of financial barriers.

With years of experience owning and operating rehabilitation centers, Alex Koucavchili brings deep expertise in the addiction recovery field to Lettuce Hope. Having worked hands-on in the treatment space, he understands both the challenges families face and the resources needed to create real change. As COO, Alex oversees operations and partnerships, ensuring our foundation delivers impactful, accessible intervention support to families in crisis.

Oksana Shkarupelova brings extensive experience in accounting, cost management, and financial operations to Lettuce Hope. With a background in overseeing budgets and optimizing resources, she ensures that every dollar entrusted to the foundation is used effectively to maximize impact. As CFO, Oksana is dedicated to maintaining transparency and financial integrity while supporting the mission of making life-saving interventions accessible to families in need.
